Day 5: Rachel

Feeling alive! Did some crazy hop-gar infused qigong this morning and made juice for the whole ARC family. Watered the garden and attempted to play my cümbüş (pronounced joom-bush), but realized I must learn how to tune it first.

Last night’s guided drum journey went well- the first one I’ve ever led. I look forward to honing my drum skills for the next one. Thanks to everyone for participating and to Merav for building the beautiful altar
