Cleanse Day 7: Rachel

After juicing with Merav and a sauna session with Adam, I think I’m finally ready to give this colonic cleansing a whirl. I feel very clear. All of my senses are heightened since last week. On yesterday’s hike, I noticed the colors of the ocean, sky, and flower-filled landscapes were a bit more brilliant. I was struck with the scent of every herb and tree dancing on the breeze. Clearing my mind of the loop of usual suspect thoughts for meditation and honing in on my breath is more and more simple. The energy flowing through me from Qigong and yoga is felt more tangibly.

So grateful to the whole ARC- Adam, Matthew, Merav, Russell, and our guest facilitator Aharon,  for your continued support and the opportunity to support you through this process.
