Cleanse day 7-8: Merav

I didn’t get the chance to blog about day 7 (except for the late night party…) so, here it is:

Yesterday (Sunday) was our last day of juicing, and I did a colonic for my first time! and I did it to myself!!! The guys build a house kit colonic structure at the downstairs toilet. It wasn’t that bad.. I felt clean and empty after that…

Today we are back to eating. I’m talking it really slow, only Raw for today and tomorrow, then slowly adding cooked grains and veggies, I’m feeling a need to Vegan again for a while to ease my system, and since it’s getting warmer, I’ll try to more RAW foods. It won’t be easy though, cause not every one in the house is into that, so there will be temptations, but I’ve already experienced myself in tricky situations like those, I think I’ll be able to hold my self…:-)
