Arnold here! Well Dad had just moved to DC for a job and told me he wanted to hang with a cool pup.  He told me he found the foundation that had me on Petfinder.com.  This woman had my sister and I in her bathroom for what seemed like forever.  She was nice and all but I knew I needed out! She dropped me off for a home visit and I immediately began inspecting the place to make sure it was up to my standards.  Dad was great! He didn’t push me around or make a big fuss, which I thought was cool.  I overheard him make arrangements with the woman I had been staying with and she explained to him that Dad would need x, y, and z before she could leave me.  So an hour later after dropping my sister off (which was very tough saying goodbye) I returned to a whole new life with Dad.  I love to chase Squirrels, Gophers, and Mice!  More favorites, eating sleeping, playing with balls, giving great hugs, playing with Willis, my little brother!

I am really thankful to be on Earth still.  I find living at the aRc of Montara much better than living alone.  Community Rules. Oh, and I am really thankful for my younger and crazy brother Willis.  He totally makes life more interesting.

Willis (Willis@ARCofMontara.org)

Born: Est. October 2007

Berkeley, CA

Well, I was about 5 months old when I came home with Arnold and Dad.  I was wandering around Madison Ave in Berkeley and had a real crack in my back right leg.  I was in this shelter for a while.  Food was not that great and the accommodations were terrible.  Dad came for a visit one day and we totally hit it off.  The shelter would not let him take me home because another woman said she wanted me but as soon as I met Dad I began manifesting a life with him.  Little did I know I was going to get an older brother too! Two weeks later, Dad had negotiated for me to come home with him and Arnold! March 2008 I finally had family to call my own. I was not in the best health and had some past emotional wounds.  Dad and Arnold helped me heal quick enough to enjoy the park right across the street from our house.  Since then I have eaten everything in the house but feel I like I am done with that stage in my life.  Now I enjoy just being and spreading my love to all!
