Merav
“After graduating college, I sat a Vipassana (silent Meditation) course for 10 days, and came out of it with the realization that I need to leave Israel and move to the USA. 3 months later, I’m flying to NY with a gut feeling that led me to the West Coast and to San Francisco, with a sense that my life is gonna be amazing here…
what can I say? guts are right!”
I love my life! I love what I do!
Creating the ARC gave me an amazing opportunity for a powerful- inner growth experience that inspires me in different ways and many aspects every moment!
What I love about life at the ARC:
* Gardening- Working Mother Earth’s soil, putting my hands in her, being part of her creations. Growing food is like having kids (only much, much, much easier;-),
I get to plant the seeds, see the babies grow, nourish them, care and attend to them, let them fulfill their maximum potential with no expectations, give them love and they give back so much with their colorful beauty, flavorful sent, their delicious taste and their healing nourishment~
* Community- My life is blessed with Beings of Light that shine and reflect upon me as I shine on them! The beautiful beings that I live with, the ARC Staff, are my Support network, Conscious mirrors, Space holders, Playmates, Powerful Huggers, Friends and Family: I cherish you all in my heart forever!~
* Energy Body Work- Mind, Spirit and Body are getting my full attention at the ARC with a consistent practice in a well structured container that is held at the ARC, as it’s creating the space and opportunity for the amazing growth that I’m experiencing, both physical (Yoga, Qi-gong, Massage, Hiking, Surfing, Hugging, Organic Cooking, Gardening…) and Mental (Meditation, Conscious conversations, Ceremonies, setting individual and group Intentions, Processing…).
* Abundance- There is a flow of Abundance that the ARC is tapped into and it’s moving through us all. Being able to be present with it, we are all shining it back outwards with ease, generating even stronger vibes and reaching out to those who are feeling less. Abundance is all around us! When we get present to what we have, and are grateful of the resources that are showing up, we tap into the flow of abundance and sense it in our lives.
Take a moment now, close your eyes, take a deep breath, vision all that you have in your life : WHAT ARE YOU GRATEFUL FOR?
This is my Mantra~
Peace,
~Merav~
