Potlucks, Paintings and Parties, Oh My!
This past week has been one of inspiration at the aRc. Our first community potluck was a huge success. Our neighbors brought their delicious veggie dishes, some grown from their own gardens, and their stirring enthusiasm for participating in the aRc.
Friday we qigonged with Emily from the Montara preschool, watercolored with Cynthia and Olivia who donated some amazing paints and paper, and hung out with our neighbor Mike who so generously lent us his weed-wacker. Thanks guys!
Saturday was our Bring It Gathering and It was certainly Brought. The night was overflowing with drums, poetry, sauna jams, dancing, massage, yummy treats and a whole lotta joy! We raised funds for our projector project to kickoff our TED & Tea conscious movie nights.

Miami heat
Hello dear friends,
I’ve been all week in Miami, and it’s been hot, humid and fun~
as much as I’m enjoying my time here, I’m so happy to be returning back home to the Bay Area!

An Animal Agreement
Last night the aRc resident went to NOPA (nopa.com) in San Francsico at 560 Divisadero at Hayes to enjoy an intentional meat meal. All the animals were raised on local California small farms. There is something special about consuming animal meat intentionally instead of unconsciously. The meat yielded a respect for the animals, farms, and all those who wrote the abundance to plates.
We encourage all to beings to practice the ancient practice of respecting an honoring the animals that you consume.
