Meditation
Meditation is one of the most ancient and effective spiritual and mental methods of training, enhancement, and achievement. Whether lying down, sitting, standing, walking, or moving, the meditator learns to stay present and balanced with a clear and relaxed vision.
Usually, a beginning practitioner is first instructed in commitment, posture, breath, gaze, concentration, sensation, and release. When skillful effort is applied and method is gained, the practitioner lives with less effort from an open heart, allows thoughts to dissipate from the mind stream – while staying centered in the body mind, and resides longer and longer in unobstructed, expansive awareness.
